Oxford Financial Group, Ltd. is searching for a Private Market Services Accounting Specialist. This associate would be responsible for processing, posting and documenting all entity cash transactions; performing general accounting functions and assisting with investor communications.  



Cash Management

  • Process all outgoing wire transactions
  • Maintain all online client wire templates
  • Reconcile bank cash balances to general ledger software

General Ledger Accounting

  • Review and assess wire transactions to record appropriately in general ledger software
  • Compile monthly financial packets to ensure all ledger activity is documented
  • Prepare bank account reconciliations for each entity monthly using Excel spreadsheet format for final review
  • Records all payable invoices to Peachtree subsidiary ledger

Tax Reporting

  • Assist with annual mailing of tax reporting information to investor members
  • Prepare estimated tax estimates using report wiring software
  • Communicate tax reporting



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required
  • Minimum of three years experience in GL Accounting
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Accounting software
  • Ability to work in a high stress, fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
